    The menu at Feast changes regularly, but here’s what a chef said as of May 2016 to give you an idea of what to expect:


    The tempeh burger is vegan, but the buns are not so if you are vegan get the tempeh on sourdough without the cheese and aioli.  You can also get a tempeh BLT, but again, if you are vegan, get it on sourdough without the cheese & aioli.


    The lentil-plantain tamales are vegan, but the hot sauce served with them contains honey- so avoid that if you are a no-honey vegan (these tamales are not available every day; you can call ahead to see the days they are available or can buy them frozen in bulk to take home). There is always a vegetarian tamale option, though. The salad on the tamale plate is vegan.


    The Asian Pear and Watercress salad on the menu right now is vegetarian and vegan without the cheese.


    For Sunday brunch, the current hash is vegan without the spiced chickpeas (butter) and is super yummy, and they can make you vegan thrice-cooked potatoes. The Papas Bravas use the same hot sauce that contains honey. I imagine it is really difficult to provide menu information for the dining guide because our menu changes very frequently, but the staff are always happy to field questions from customers.
